Hol-Den Fire Solutions provides a system to protect and contain fire risks in warehouses, commercial property and production buildings.

In recent years, concerns over the propagation of fire in buildings, has grown. Insurers are anxious to reduce the risk of fire and compartmentalise buildings. Using a non-combustible rockwool core panel, HOL-DEN Fire Soultions offers clients practical, effective and efficient solutions when fire compartmentalisation and building boundaries are considered.

The key strength of our fire solutions is our ‘Unique Complete Certification’. We work closely with the panel manufacturer who assesses our fire solution to ensure compliance to FM or LPCB standards. This gives the customer a certified fire solution.

• The panel we use carries both FM and LPCB approval,
• Our integrated Fire Solutions may consist of three hour fire walls, protected escape corridors within factories and external fire walls.
• We can also integrate approved fire door and window systems.

This integrated system appeals to all companies where there is a perceived risk to life or property due to the nature of the industry or the proximity of external environmental hazards. The current requirement from the insurers is to install Maximum Fire Loss (MFL) walls in all high-value storage facilities. HOL-DEN has installed MFL fire walls in the pharma-industry with a three hour fire rating for both system integrity and insulation.
