Composite panel is the fastest solution to compartmentalise operational areas. The installation of panel is the most flexible with the least amount of disruption to the operating area. Rockwool core composite panels are designed to contain or absorb sound. The Rockwool core combined with the steel facing, either flat or perforated, can achieve a sound reduction figure up to 31db depending on sound frequence. This makes  it an ideal material as it offers sound insulation, structural properties and finished surfaces al in one building element giving high cost saving compared with built up options.

• Finished internal walls rising in excess of 9m are quickly and cleanly erected by our trained crews in a speedier manner than using traditional trades such as plaster board-skim-paint.
• Positioning of door and window openings is flexible and easily accomplished. This flexibility also accommodates the running of mechanical, electrical and process utilities.
• The Hol-Den Internal Systems solution also includes composite panel ceilings which may be constructed to a walk-on standard, (BS6399 Part 1). This allows access to ceiling services without disrupting operations in production/process rooms below.
